This is the third Cadillac we have purchased from Dimmitt and each has been serviced solely by Dimmitt's service department over a 14 year period and they have always done a great job. . We thank service representative Bill Kegan for referring us to John Fabriele.. We thank Patricia Jones who has been our service representative for the assistance she has given us and our cars and also Lisa, the receptiveness who properly guided us through our service inquires over the past couple of years. Service I bought a 2016 Cadillac from Dimmet and was in to see Kevin Hamvy for my first service. Car had an issue with torque converter and software. That said, got a 2018 loaner — and they called each day to update me on repairs which were completed on schedule.
