Notch above excellent I made arrangements to have Sarah Cribbs as my service contact because I have dealt with her before and she knows me. She was professional but friendl I made arrangements to have Sarah Cribbs as my service contact because I have dealt with her before and she knows me. She was professional but friendly. I brought my 2006 CTS in to have the air conditioner fixed. She arranged for a loaner and it was a good thing because it was there for two days. She also fixed another problem for me. Then, when I came to pick up the car, I drove a mile or so and the air was still running hot. So I brought it back. I could tell she felt bad and was frustrated that it wan't fixed. She got me the loaner back and I will see on Monday how it's doing. She was more than I could have asked for and the service department should be proud of her. John Fitts More
