I own a 2008 Saab and this is one of the few places that actually has certified Saab staff and can handle the challenges of supporting a vehicle that is no longer manufactured. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional. Everything went smoothly from making the appointment online through the entire service experience. Patricia Jones was great to work with including her timely follow-up on tracking down needed parts. Dimmitt is a 45-50 minute drive, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for the great service! This last time I brought my Escalade in for an unexpected emergency my service representative Sara Cribbs took me in the same day gave me a loaner and got my Escalade back the next day with no down time in my busy schedule. Horrible customer support from service department This was the third time repair for the same issue, still not repaired. I'm forced to contact GM for a remedy. Service manager "John McCrudy" was unprofessional and very condescending when I attempted to address my concerns with him, he continually talked over me. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received! More
