Pleasant Experience Having moved to this area after retirement, I was looking for a dealership that would provide me with the outstanding customer service I was receiving Having moved to this area after retirement, I was looking for a dealership that would provide me with the outstanding customer service I was receiving from my Cadillac dealership in Northern Virginia. Dimmitt Cadillac of Clearwater was close to me so I decided to give it a try. Knowing full well that my experience would be determined by the customer service I would be receiving during my service visits, I asked around and received the names of two mechanics and one advisor at Dimmitt. Bill Kegan, my Service Advisor, provides me the the type of customer service I expect from a Cadillac dealership. Bill takes the time to explain matters about my car leaving me with the confidence that things are being properly taken care of. Thank you Bill! More

The arrangement for the loner car was smooth and quick. The one disappointment was the car was returned to me covered by a grit, likely from traffic on US 19, and a few oily spots. Washing the car just before returning it to me would have made the difference between a good and excellent review. More

Sara Cribbs kept me informed of the progress on my car plus her efforts to locate the rare parts I needed to keep my Cadillac in new condition. My EXT was completed without the two scarce items but Sara Cribbs promised me she would not give up and keep looking to help me find the dropped Cadillac parts. More

He is always polite and courteous. This is great for me as I am a senior and appreciate the care he has shown considering my Cadillac is 2003 model with low mileage and I intend to keep the car.
