When I arrived I was greeted outside and treated in a very nice manner an rescorted inside the service arrea. Shaun Burns called me over to the service desk and had all my information handy ready to go. very nice manner an rescorted inside the service arrea. I was only there for an oil change but he advised me of a couple of other options I might consider and I took him up on one. Shaun was very helpful and professional, gave me an estimated time frame to have the work done and hit it right on the button. I'm very happy and wouldn'd go any where else. Love having the car washed !!! More

As it has been for the past 5 plus years that I have been using the Dimmitt Cadillac Sales and Service Teams, they came thru with exceptional service work once again. My 2016 CTS was in for tire replacemen using the Dimmitt Cadillac Sales and Service Teams, they came thru with exceptional service work once again. My 2016 CTS was in for tire replacement and to resolve an engine light code at which time they also found my CTS was leaking at the axle seals and the code was for a faulty thermostat. My Service Advisor, Kevin Hamby called to let me know the findings of the code and of the axle seal leak. He gave me recommendations for repairs, costs, and the timeline for completion. My Service Advisor is Kevin Hamby and he does a wonderful job; always knowledgeable, polite and courteous. He does as great job following up with me on how my car is coming along plus any other details whic job; always knowledgeable, polite and courteous. He does as great job following up with me on how my car is coming along plus any other details which he may find during regular checkups. My car is always ready when promised and if not, he always offers a loaner for me to use. Being an ex-service advisor myself I can appreciate all the hard work that goes into customer service, especially when it comes to dealing with people and their cars. He's definitely a great asset to Dimmitt Cadillac - a good man. More
