My rep, Sheila Lytle, did a great job completing the service needs for my car. This included a software update, oil change, HUD fix and completing a past repair that was not finished. She went beyond th service needs for my car. This included a software update, oil change, HUD fix and completing a past repair that was not finished. She went beyond the norm to complete a bumper repair that originally would go to the body shop for a major cost but was able to repair at the detail area in the dealership in one day that fully was completed.
