On each and every return visit for maintenance experience with Bill Kegan is one that I can say , that when I leave the dealership, I feel comfortable and satisfied. Bill recognizes me and greets me with a great smile and by name. I am not really sure how he remembers my name... The service is 'Cadillac' all the way. And everything is explained so that even I can understand it. Bill is an asset to Dimmitt and the Cadillac name. Go Bill! Thank you, George Earle More
