Bill brought me in immediately, a little ahead of schedule, and took care of everything. Bill and his team take great care of my car and treat me like I'm the only customer in the building. They are trying hard to find the rattle that is driving me crazy but willing to do whatever is needed. What kept it from getting 5 stars is the car wash they gave it. Seems petty (and is as I do my own detailing with professional products) but it cam back dirtier than when I brought it in! Honestly would have been better off not washing it because it does not represent how great the service is at this location. More
