The finance manager was the best in the business and made the whole process quick and easy. The service team is outstanding and they do stellar work. You get greeted immediately, they remember you by name, and all the details of your vehicle. They always offer refreshments. There's comfortable seating with Wi-Fi and retail items you can shop while you wait. There's seating by a huge glass window where you can watch the service team while they work. They upload inspection videos, and give your vehicle 5 star service every time, including a complimentary car wash and detail by hand! Even though the entire service team is amazing you also get a personal service rep that handles your visits every time, which is a really unique experience and definitely let's you build a long relationship of trust. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional including the telephone persons, front desk personnel, the mechanic that sent me a video of my vehicle after the service was completed as well as the service m the telephone persons, front desk personnel, the mechanic that sent me a video of my vehicle after the service was completed as well as the service manager, Jack, who was kind enough to take me home for an appointment previously scheduled at my home, as the courtesy drivers were busy transporting customers and would be quite a while returning to base.
