Warranty Service of Cue system My Cue system froze on my 2014 ATS. I brought the car in and was assisted by Bill. In addition to the Cue, Bill identified two maintenance bulletins a My Cue system froze on my 2014 ATS. I brought the car in and was assisted by Bill. In addition to the Cue, Bill identified two maintenance bulletins and a software update for my fuel system that needed completion. I was provided a courtesy car at no cost to get to my job. The car was repaired fully in one day. The waiting area is also amazing with drinks and pastries, as an added bonus. This was the best service experience I have ever had in my 30 years of driving. Highly recommend Dimmitt for all car service. More

Jason Goerz was very professional. He walked me over to the sales dept. after showing him an offer I received in the mail, an opportunity to trade in our 2013 SRX and recieve a $1600.00 rebate on top of any and all offers. Thanks to Jason we met with John Fabs and will be going back on Sunday to consider trading in our SRX, and taking advantage of this opportunity. More

True Integrity Last April, I brought my car in for an HVAC issue. The diagnosis and remedy were handled in short order and I paid only a one hour service charge. This week I brought the car in again for what seemed like the same problem. Patricia Jones evaluated the tech's findings and determined that the current situation was indeed the same problem, should have been more fully diagnosed last April and corrected then. She did not charge me the one hour labor charge for this second occurrence. That's not only a correction of a past, forgivable error, but demonstrates a level of integrity that sets Dimmitt apart from other auto service people I've encountered. Much appreciated. Like you are #1 I met William Keagan and first thing I was treated like I had a hundred thousand dollar vehicle. Second he treated us like our concerns were his. After they looked at the vehicle I was given a direct HONEST answer on what the problems were. I would recommend any to take their vehicle to their facility if they want honest people making the diagnosis and speaking to you. It is hard to come by honest people with integrity any more but you guys have one working for you, don't ever lose that. That will bring people back forever.
