Im not really sure about the dealership, but I do know that my sales person Jeff Barron was the best! He was very patient and made my purchase really easy. No stress or pressure. There was some unnecessary drama behind the managers desk. I really couldn’t tell what it was about. The guy was very angry and I could hear his voice raised. It was ridiculous so unprofessional. Customers could see and hear him. I tried to see his name was Bob or something. Anyway, my sales person didn’t talk about it, so I’m not sure what happened but it made me feel really uncomfortable. Brandon was my manager and was easy to work with. Daniel was also great. Based on those three guys I gave the dealership a 5 star rating. More

I think Dimmitt was offering a good/fair price on the vehicle, and they were willing to negotiate. Negative factors include: 1) being forced to finance to receive their best price, even though I wanted to purchase the car outright, and 2) the used vehicle had an active error message displaying upon startup. Now, the error/fault was due to a modification made by a prior owner, but a heads-up would've been nice so I wouldn't have panicked about it as badly and felt stressed to get it resolved after the purchase.
