Disappointed in lack of communication. I asked for the earliest appointment and told them I would even drop off my car in the afternoon of the day before and leave it so it would be there o I asked for the earliest appointment and told them I would even drop off my car in the afternoon of the day before and leave it so it would be there on time. I asked for it to be ready for me to get back that morning, I got a 7:30 appointment, but I never heard from anyone still by lunchtime. I had to call them and found my assigned person was not there. The car wasn't ready until late in the day. This is exactly what happened the last time I brought it there...exactly. Poor communication 2 out of 2 times. . More
Great dealership with minor issues I first and foremost have to say that Dimmitt Chevrolet is a great dealership and I usually dislike dealerships for their scary tactics. But Eric was our salesperson and he was very down to earth and easy to communicate with. We lived 4 hours away and he was very good about keeping in touch with me in regards to closing a deal. I was very happy to hear that they got me the payment that I was looking for and was able to secure a deal on my dream car. One issue I ran into was that I found the car through Cargurus and the selling price was not the same as what the dealer was selling it for. The 3k difference was Cargurus price when you trade in a certain vehicle under the dealerships loyalty program. Luckily, Eric was able to advise me of the price difference before I made the long drive down there. Upon arriving at the dealer, I was told the vehicle was all gassed up and cleaned. Unfortunately, the car was only gassed up and not detailed. The only reason why that was an issue was because I wanted to be in and out of the dealer because we had a long day of driving back, after already driving 4 hours to get there. But throughout the extra time there, they were very accommodating in getting the paperwork done and set to be signed. The one thing that I wasn't aware of was the extended warranty that I thought was being added on, free of charge. Come to find out in the paperwork, that I am actually paying 3k extra for the warranty. So while I thought I was being "hooked up" with that extra coverage, I'm actually paying for it regardless. But nonetheless, they were still able to get me in the range I was looking to pay and couldn't be happier with my new ride. You guys made it happen and can't thank Eric and Abe enough. I would definitely buy from there again! More

He was laying in the ground working on a part on this mans car and fixed it right there. He then proceeded to help me. He is very professional and polite . He always makes me feel like a member of his family! He cares about his customers . Kailey who answers the phone most of the time when I call , is always polite and courteous which is always great when you call to set an appointment with the service department . Shawn is also very professional and always attentive to his customers. Great team there at Dimmitt! More

He also did a great job of setting an expectation for when a diagnosis was to be made and how long it would take to resolve the issue. He ended up ordering a part and had it overnighted to install the following day. When I came back the next day, he said it would take an hour to replace the part and I was finished on time. Kyle's energy made the whole visit enjoyable and Dimmitt has an asset in him. I will continue to service my vehicle here and will only work with Kyle. More

He was very polite and after I was not interested in the Camaro I came in for he proceeded to show other Camaros. After test driving a couple, I decided on a 2016 black Camaro. I do not think this sale would have been completed if not for the accommodating and professional approach of Dylan. I would like to mention that the rest of the sales staff involved in this transaction were professional during the whole process. It took a little longer then expected, but never felt neglected. One thing that disappointed me was I only received one keyless entry fob at the end of the sale and detailing could have been better. More

I called in to see if they could replace my key because I had lost mine. So they said yes I could that I could come get the key the next day. Well, i had my boyfriend bring me in his truck up to the dealership, I go in to get my key and they are confused and ask where the original key is. I said, "I don't have it, this is why I ordered a new key." He then says "didn't anyone explain this to you?" "Is your car here?" I said "no, my car is at home because I do not have a key to start my vehicle!". So they already misinformed me from the start! Now I have to get a towing company "AllWays Towing", to bring my car to this dealership. Okay, the towing company takes me car. Fast forward 4 hours later, I'm thinking "yes, my key is getting programmed everything is going to be good." I call them, they tell me they weren't sure were my car was, they didn't have an order for it. So he hangs up and says he will call me back. 🤔 so this towing service was able to get all the way in the back of this huge dealer ship without any employees stopping him to register my car in the system and do the vehicle check. He calls me back and tell me my right front passenger window is busted. So obviously I'm angry and confused. I go back with the sheriff's department so I could see if the car came in that way, so I could go after the towing company for damaging my window. But the manager here was a complete jerk and said he wasn't going to look at the tapes and it wasn't his problem! So now I have to pay 350 dollars go get a window replaced because these jerks here won't take a little time out of his day to help his clients a d figure out what happened!!! I have contacted corporate by telephone and I will be writing a letter every week until someone answers me!!!!!!!!!! More

They add the cost of cleaning up the vehicle for resale to the sales price, this was in excess of $1600 for this particular car. I needed someone to co-sign because I'm in school and only working part time. When they said we were approved, they didn't tell me the rates or terms.. It took almost 2 entire days to finally find out, so while I was waiting, we applied to another lender. When Dimmitt Chevrolet finally got back to me, their "best" rate was 3% higher than I was able to get elsewhere. We agreed on the rest and my lender over-nighted the loan check. I thought I was set. I'd finally be going to pick up my new car the next day. NOT! The dealer had to send paperwork to my co-signer. It was received, signed and returned but there were a couple of forms we had questions on. When we finally got to talk to the finance manager, we were told "the deal is off" because the forms we had questions about weren't signed (NOT TRUE) and that they had a buyer there at that moment that was interested in the car. We sent them pictures of the signed papers as well as a copy of the UPS return receipt with tracking info. The sales manager (Basam or something like that) never would talk to me from this point. I was told several different times that someone would call me back in "30 minutes", in "a little while". Seth wouldn't even call me back after leaving him messages. I don't know if they sold the car to the other person or not because they wouldn't even give me the RESPECT AND PROFESSIONAL COURTESY to let me know! There was at least one professional person I dealt with, Matthew who walked across the street to try to get someone to let me know what was going on. This dealer SUCKS and should be renamed "Dammit Chevrolet. Tacky, tacky, tacky! More
