Top notch service Took my 2017 Corvette in for service on 3-14-18. Had an issue with the front rotors pulsing when braking. Took a test drive with Brian the shop foreman and he immediately acknowledged the problem. Had to leave my vehicle there overnight as to do the repair. They provided me with a loaner until my service was complete. Hats off to Brian the shop foreman, and Neil the service adviser and the whole staff in the service department for such a pleasant experience. Always a class act! I was in a jam. I was on my way home from work and the tire pressure indicator light came on for my driver's side rear tire. I called Shannon in the D I was in a jam. I was on my way home from work and the tire pressure indicator light came on for my driver's side rear tire. I called Shannon in the Dimmitt service department. She said to come on by, they'll wait for me. It was after their closing time of 6pm. I arrived and discovered I had a nail in the side of the tire, so it could not be driven. Fortunately, Neal, the service advisor, and Sean, the porter, had a loaner vehicle waiting for me just in case. He said he would get me a new tire first thing in the morning... he wasn't kidding! I received a call from him at 7:45am telling me I was all set and to come and pick up my Tahoe. I arrived shortly after 8:30am, paid for the new tire and headed off to work. It's too bad more people don't post about the great experiences they have, as this dealer has always been a class act. More

Deceiving I was confident with the purchase of the vehicle from Dimmitt, and was reassured numerous times that if any issue were to arise, the vehicle warranty I was confident with the purchase of the vehicle from Dimmitt, and was reassured numerous times that if any issue were to arise, the vehicle warranty would cover the issue. Within days I noticed a problem of a strange odor in the vehicle. Brought it back in to be repaired. I was told that. the vehicle repairs were not covered under warranty. And so it goes. The "reconditioning fee" is no assurance of anything under the hood being certified. I would never recommend this dealership, nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from them... ever. After reading the comments here, I wish I had taken them more serious. Now I am left with the losses and the repair bill. (THANKS DIMMIT!) More

What a joke and waste of time. After being in contact with Maryellen two days prior, I arrive to Dimmitt after a 2 hour drive. Tell the sales person why I’m here and...shocker but the truck I wanted was sold. Couldn’t inform me it was sold before I made the trip even though she knew I had to travel 2 hours. Anyways, so I end up purchasing a 2018 version of the Colorado. As in the other reviews, the internet price is not the price you pay, not even close. You have to have all these things, which no normal person would have in order to be eligible for the internet price. So I finally have 6 hours..6...I leave. Signed papers for everything. Thank god its over, never to to deal with these people again. Oh no, next day I get a call from Fernando my finance guy. Something happened with he bank and I have to go with a new bank...umm ok? But don’t worry he says, he found me a new bank with a higher interest rate....meaning my payment we’re going up 50 bucks!! No way I tell him. Anyways after going back and forth for the next two days about it (at one point we ended the call with me taking my car back but them coming to pick up the truck and my car still two hours away, like uh no I have no way to come pick up my car then!). Im not paying a penny more for this truck with all the extra stuff I got, so he finally (after two days) figured out how to do it all for the same payment price. EXCEPT I have the extended warranty done through in-house. Meaning I have to drive two hours now to get my truck fixed after the original warranty! what a joke this place was, I will never go back here and NEVER want anyone else to go through this either!! They then tried to switch and give me a contract with a much higher APR-they have violated my consumer rights. Under the FCRA, no one can pull your credit and doing an unauthorized credit pull is an impermissible credit pull under the Federal Law-Regs 1681-negligence. More
