The service advisor was contacted regarding a missing piece that was discovered after our service. She contacted me and said the piece was missing when we brought it. I told her that I had a photo provid piece that was discovered after our service. She contacted me and said the piece was missing when we brought it. I told her that I had a photo provided from the service center showing it on the vehicle. She told me that's impossible because the cameras weren't working and then said it was raining. I directed her to the photo that was sent and she kept telling me that I was lying and it was not on the vehicle. She told me she would need to review the images with her manager. She told me if it was not to be their fault it would be a service charge.. I asked the manager to call me back because I didn't appreciate being accused of lying. She calls back later and says her manager was busy but will call me. He never calls me back. I came in to get the part and waited 2 hours. Very disappointed in the treatment by Cheyenne. More
