I inquired on a Urus at 4:45PM on 4/27/2023. In my notes I asked very simple questions anybody can go to the car and find out as well as I asked for a few videos of it. I was told the salesmen would work on it and he never did that night. He contact me the next day at 9:30 saying he was working on it. I didn't receive anything until 2PM, nearly 24 hours after. Seems like the salespeople here are not allowed to touch or drive the vehicle which I find ridiculous considering they expect people to spend this level of money on a vehicle while having such poor customer service. I contacted a second dealership on 4/28 at noon and in less than 3 hours they were able to send me everything I asked for, including answering all my questions and sending me nearly 20 minutes worth of videos for me to review including them driving it on the road, which they said their bosses have no issue with them taking sales vehicle on the road for customer videos which is why I find it so hard to believe that Discovery does not allow their employees to drive the vehicles. A whole process was completed elsewhere in 3 hours when it took Discovery 22 hours to do half the process. In the end I do not recommend them as those in sales don't seem very knowledgable on exotic vehicles and probably just work there to be around them, even though they don't get to drive it for customers so what's the point of being around all these vehicles. Would highly recommend they find people with a passion and knowledge for vehicles as well as allow their salespeople more freedom to learn these vehicles and interact with them for the benefit of customers. I'll start this review by saying this rating is less for the salesperson and more for the managers or owners (whoever is in charge of the policy). I called the store on the 2020 Audi R8 and asked if the sal the salesperson and more for the managers or owners (whoever is in charge of the policy). I called the store on the 2020 Audi R8 and asked if the salesperson had ever driven it or has experience with it. His response was "no I don't make that kind of money here to have one" the comment is whatever not mad over that but I then proceeded to ask if he can drive it for my nephew and record him a video of it prior to his arrival since he would be the buyer. Video never came and when my nephew showed up he had to do credit and agree to numbers before them even taking the car out. At first he thought it was because he was a younger kid and they didn't believe he had the money but then my nephew asked if the salesperson can drive it for him and they said no they want to keep the miles low. He asked if that's why he didn't get a video and was told they're not allowed to drive the vehicles on the road unless they have a customer already approved or agreed to numbers. All in all I find it a bit crazy that the people who are suppose to sell these vehicles and be experts on them can't drive them I have never heard this from a dealership before. I'm sure it's a manager or owner decision which I think ruins a lot of sales for some as the salesperson has no idea about the specific unit they're trying to sell. Would strongly advocate for this to change as he ended up purchasing a Lamborghini with less miles and over 100k more asking price as the salesperson was allowed to drive it and send him a video as well as allowed my nephew to drive it upon arrival. walked in on a friday, after spending time looking at a 2011 corvette. Always enjoy shopping looking poor, walked past 2 salesmen who never gave me a glace and was meet by " Nick" , one of the new salesmen 2011 corvette. Always enjoy shopping looking poor, walked past 2 salesmen who never gave me a glace and was meet by " Nick" , one of the new salesmen, we negotiated for several hours and came to a deal, one problem was the wipers and they agreed to repair. I am impressed with them as they could have done a quick fix, but they did it right. Nick then offered to deliver it to me in Hudson. What impressed me about this young man is the vast knowledge he has on corvettes., He know his cars, and he is a strait shooter and eager to serve even we scrubby looking people. Once I asked for a test drive, I was sure we would but it as I never waste a salesman's time. To the salesman that were busy , you lost out.If you want a corvette I would suggest Nick, and highly recommend discovery motors for your supercars.I rate this dealer very high, and rate Nick as "the man" when you shop for a car More

Bought a Cayenne turbo last year. If you buy any adds, such as an extended warranty, make sure to read details in the contract you're buying, not the shiny materials you're handed or If you buy any adds, such as an extended warranty, make sure to read details in the contract you're buying, not the shiny materials you're handed or the words the nice man making 50% commision is selling. They aren't the same. You just might end up with an expensive useless warranty that cost several thousands, and a repair the warranty doesn't cover that also cost several thousands. Then, when you call the nice man that made the commission he doesn't return calls until finally, he tells you the $4256.00 warranty purchased is "basic", so basic it literally covers nothing. Unlike what was sold on the front end, the word "comprehensive" was used. My mistake. Won't ever happen again, here. So if you're reading this and thinking to yourself, what a dummy, unfortunately, I agree. More
Worked with Hunter Smith on a clean 1-owner Honda Pilot. He was easy to work with and communicated well. Felt comfortable doing business from across the country. You can trust these guys. . DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! !! We went twice & had our eyes on possibly purchasing multiple vehicles from them, but they wouldn’t even let us test drive a vehicle. They said they !! We went twice & had our eyes on possibly purchasing multiple vehicles from them, but they wouldn’t even let us test drive a vehicle. They said they would “work with us”, but in the end, they wouldn’t really negotiate & instead of allowing us to test drive a $100k Shelby and likely fall in love with it & purchase it, they allowed us to simply walk away. It was just a massive waste of time. They say their policy is to not allow test drives until a complete agreement on price is made. Instead of a test drive being one of the first things to do, their policy is for it to be the very last thing. It makes no sense at all. We have bought several luxury and high-end vehicles from other dealerships and have never had this problem. We ended up purchasing another Shelby and they lost out on a $100,000 sale, along with likely another sale on a Porsche we had our eyes on. Based on our experience and SEVERAL other reviews, we are happy that we walked away. More
