Bought a Cayenne turbo last year. They aren't the same. You just might end up with an expensive useless warranty that cost several thousands, and a repair the warranty doesn't cover that also cost several thousands. Then, when you call the nice man that made the commission he doesn't return calls until finally, he tells you the $4256.00 warranty purchased is "basic", so basic it literally covers nothing. Unlike what was sold on the front end, the word "comprehensive" was used. My mistake. Won't ever happen again, here. So if you're reading this and thinking to yourself, what a dummy, unfortunately, I agree. More

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! !! We went twice & had our eyes on possibly purchasing multiple vehicles from them, but they wouldn’t even let us test drive a vehicle. They said they !! We went twice & had our eyes on possibly purchasing multiple vehicles from them, but they wouldn’t even let us test drive a vehicle. They said they would “work with us”, but in the end, they wouldn’t really negotiate & instead of allowing us to test drive a $100k Shelby and likely fall in love with it & purchase it, they allowed us to simply walk away. It was just a massive waste of time. They say their policy is to not allow test drives until a complete agreement on price is made. Instead of a test drive being one of the first things to do, their policy is for it to be the very last thing. It makes no sense at all. We have bought several luxury and high-end vehicles from other dealerships and have never had this problem. We ended up purchasing another Shelby and they lost out on a $100,000 sale, along with likely another sale on a Porsche we had our eyes on. Based on our experience and SEVERAL other reviews, we are happy that we walked away. More

After I wrote a 1 star review the GM Jonah Amos reached out to “apologize” and “make things right” by stating the “best he can do” is $500-600 discount on the car. I declined and a week later I found the same car listed for $1,000 less. How is the “best you can do” $500-$600 off then you discount the car $1,000? Poor customer service and very dishonest; I would steer clear of this dealership. More

However, it was clear the vehicle I bought had not been checked mechanically by the dealership, so it seems you do not get any kind of certification or warranty with that higher price--or for that matter, the offer of a drink while you are there for a 2-3 hours working the deal! If you find a vehicle you like there, I would strongly recommend you have an independent inspection before you buy. I found a minor issue after bought the vehicle, and after a couple of emails, the sales manager called me with an offer to address my concern. I was pleasantly surprised. It certainly raised my opinion of the dealership. More

I am comparing three different makes and model cars, at three different locations across the Tampa area, to make a purchase in less than two days. I called and spoke with Craig to ensure they had the BMW 650i Gran Coupe on the lot and he assured me they did. I showed up within one hour of the call to see the car and asked him to pull it out between the others it was parked, so that I can get in the doors without hitting the cars on each side, which he did. Excited about what I have seen so far, I asked if we could take it for a short test drive and he said "not until we run the numbers." I said "excuse me"? He said "we have to run the numbers before I will let you drive the car". I said I have to other different models to see and compare this vehicle to before I am ready to commit. He said, well, then come back after you've seen the other two cars when your ready to run the numbers and we will proceed from there. I'm a professional and think my appearance also says so. I don't know of anyone who has committed to a vehicle they've never driven (as I have never driven that make and model yet) and has agreed to sit down through the numbers negotiation games at a dealer and commit before test driving a vehicle. Needless to say, that experience ruled out the BMW as one of my top 3 choices, which it may have been a true contender and they may have received my business. However, out of principal now, I will not spend my money there. More
