If you are looking for flashy you'll pay more somewhere else. The dedication from the service and sales team is apparent when you start working with them. Jennifer's magic made the whole financing a piece of cake. We went RV'g 4 days after we took possession and our sales person (Robert) called us on our trip to make sure we did not have any problems. I emailed Dodd RV Portsmouth requesting some troubleshooting advice before bringing RV into shop. Initially, there was an email glitch that caused my request to go into the "junk" folder. Once email service was resolved, Stacey called me explaining and directed me to lead technician Wilson, who was able to assist me in getting everything going in short order and also keeping me from having to bring RV into their shop. Wonderful, friendly RV Dealership I found the RV I had been searching for at Dodd RV. I had searched the internet for quite some time looking for my "dream" camper. I was pretty par I found the RV I had been searching for at Dodd RV. I had searched the internet for quite some time looking for my "dream" camper. I was pretty particular as far as make, model, year and even color options. I was having difficulty finding what I was looking for and was afraid I would have to settle for something else. but then lo and behold I found my perfect match on Dood RV's website. It took some planning to make the trip to Virginia since I'm from New Jersey but it was well woth it! The sales team was wonderful and friendly. Dood made the entire purchasing process quick and easy for us. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
