I haven't bought a vehicle since 2013 and Russell and Smith Ford made it as painless as possible. Going from no car payment for years to buying something new (used 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe) was a stressful Smith Ford made it as painless as possible. I found the car on True Car. There was a "dealership rebate" of 1000 dollars which they didn't honor but Im not sure how those logistics work. That being said, I totally recommend them from the standpoint of ease and some of the least pushy people I had dealt with in my search for a car. I would definitely buy from them again. More
