My representative was Chris V. , and he was fantastic! When I arrived, I was surprised to learn that oil change prices had increased. He updated me on when the price hike occurred. , and he was fantastic! When I arrived, I was surprised to learn that oil change prices had increased. He updated me on when the price hike occurred. He also mentioned that I had one additional oil change available under 24000 mileage, but I had exceeded that limit. Chris allowed me to express my frustration and then took great care of me and my car. He understood my joking approach of “don’t tell me anything else needs to be done” and sent me on my way. I appreciate Chris because he gets straight to the point while bringing his own style to the service. Keep him around! More
