On my 3rd car from this dealership and have always had a great experience. It takes a little longer than expected because it was a Saturday and very busy. I had an appointment at noon and didn’t finish up great experience. It takes a little longer than expected because it was a Saturday and very busy. I had an appointment at noon and didn’t finish up until after 4:30. I was late picking my dog up from daycare so I was charged a late fee. That is my only complaint. It shouldn’t take that long especially since I knew what I wanted. But Boubacar was wonderful and he did his best in the chaos. Thank you for the wonderful car. The 2025 CRV is so much nicer and rides so much smoother. More
