I am looking to purchase a new vehicle, so I am doing some price shopping. My local dealership has the vehicle I want in stock, but I felt that I could do better on the price, so I started shopping aroun some price shopping. My local dealership has the vehicle I want in stock, but I felt that I could do better on the price, so I started shopping around. Russell & Smith come up as a dealership with the vehicle I am looking for. Alan Henson sends me an email after I submit an inquiry letting me know of the current "vehicle shortage" and that he would assist me. I advise him that I am not seeing a vehicle shortage as my local dealership has the unit I want as well as Russell & Smith to which he replies "Then why are you not purchasing that one?" Anyone who has worked at a dealership knows that customer price shop, evidently this guy takes it personally when you call him out on his poor sales tactics. Focus on being a better salesman instead of pumping up hype around the vehicles you have. More

After close to 2 weeks the license plates have yet to come and the sales person does not have any clue. etc More

In Russell & Smith Honda , March 2023 Mr. Thomas Ngugen, was my service advisor, great job! I had a problem with window of my Honda HR-V 2018, and my car was out off warranty, but Mr. Th Thomas Ngugen, was my service advisor, great job! I had a problem with window of my Honda HR-V 2018, and my car was out off warranty, but Mr. Thomas surprised me by informed me that still I have extended warranty on my car, witch I did not know. Thomas is polite, knowledgeable, & excellent to customer concerns; makes customer satisfaction; he fix more things on my car. Process was done in a timely manner. BUYER BEWARE. This dealership tried to charge me $1000.00 on my credit card to hold on a new car that I was paying cash for the next day. I politely declined and This dealership tried to charge me $1000.00 on my credit card to hold on a new car that I was paying cash for the next day. I politely declined and sent the proof of insurance instead. Once I arrived at the dealership to purchase the vehicle, I was told by Mason (car salesman), the manager, and the GM that I couldn't pay with a check from my personal bank (Navy Federal) because the car wasn't being financed through the dealership. They proceeded to tell me that I would have to redo the loan with my bank and ask for a cashiers check. It was a total waste of my time that I could've been doing business with a professional and honest dealership. More
