Magen was good got my Tire fixed then when I went to Walmarts my car wouldn’t start. Don’t know why waited a few Minutes then it started. For the service center. Very poor, negative communication. Service manager stood by two service writers, when the were rude, wrong, and have a very nasty attitude. Slow, I arrived 20 minutes before anyone else and it took over 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Wanted to charge me 233 dollars to fix a factory defect on a piece of plastic on back door of a car no over 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Wanted to charge me 233 dollars to fix a factory defect on a piece of plastic on back door of a car not 2 years old. To top it off their lawn guy blew dirt and grass all over my car with leaf blower while I was waiting for them to finish paperwork. I’m sure I can get better and faster service without having to drive 30 minutes both ways. More
