In all honesty the warranty that we paid for has proven to be absolutely worthless we were told by Rob in sales that the only thing that we would need to pay for was tires, wipers and brakes. We truly love our car and we hear good things about the Dolan family but the service department is being run by an unethical employee on multiple occasions and have requested to speak to the service manager but this person refuses to speak with me. I believe they know that their actions were unethical, and in the future we will buy another Lexus unfortunately it will not be from the Dolan family. This is very unfortunate hopefully my story will be heard by someone that truly cares about the old fashion idea called customer service. More

We got a good new car but when we showed up to pay for it and take possession, I felt like we got mugged. Obviously sales staff get a major chunk of cash for every additional addon they sell. But these all should have been shown to us BEFORE we showed up to complete the purchase. Made an appt, but yet my car wouldn't have been ready if I hadn't stayed to get it. Everyone was very nice, but this made no sense. But, for the cost of service, time is a huge factor. I was there at 12:45 though the appt wasn't until 1:30. I left at 5:50. Frankly, I don't know if the reason I went there was fulfilled. I hope it is detailed on the paperwork. I made and appt!
