I would like my service issue resolved. As of right now, I am waiting for a callback from Kevin regarding my issue today.It's been 40 min since he promised to call me back. I scheduled an appt for 9:30 this morning and at that time was told it would take 1 1/2 hrs to get the keyfob programmed. When I arrived this morning, Dillon said it would take 2 hrs. I sat in the waiting room from 9:30-12:25 waiting for the car to be ready. Nobody ever came to check or report on the progress. I was told when I approached Dillon that the service tech had problems getting it programmed. When I got home, I looked at the invoice and it stated the car was ready at 10:55. I sat for an extra 90 minutes for someone to get me and nothing. Totally inexcusable that my time isn't valuable. As I write, I'm still waiting for a callback from Kevin 50 minutes later. John in service was great and very informative. Matt, my sales person was also great, however high pressure sales tactics of aftermarket extended warranty by finance dept. was not apricated.
