This was hugely problematic since I was notified late in the day and could not secure a rental car in time. I wound up paying for an Uber the next day to take my kids to school and me to work! I would like to know why I could not be loaned one of the available cars on the lot... I recall being able to take home a car for a full day test drive. More

Tool new car in for Zilon treatment, had to have it done 2x because they didn't even wash the car prior to application.
