I would have had a great experience except for the fact not only could they not complete my alignment due to them needing a certain bolt, Which as a dealership they should have on hand. They were going to let me walk out of there and pay full price. When I asked for a refund of the alignment the service advisor said I’d have to wait until the next week. Which I could not do as I work out of town. Finally after about 30-45 mins I received a cash refund for the amount. But no apology and no explanation. More
