I was very disappointed in the way the headlights covers were taken care of when I bought my car. I was told they were to be replaced HOWEVER they were just "cleaned", and very poorly at that. Sayed Jilaney was a very helpful salesman and we liked him a lot. He went on vacation the day after our car was purchased. Since our car was a used one, it required some work before we could pick it up. NO ONE called us when the car was ready. Sayed Julaney's boss Quincey Martin was suppose to let us know when it was ready. Unfortunately he did NOT! I called on 3 different days and left messages for Quincy Martin and never received a return phone call even though the car was waiting and ready for us. We didn't learn it was ready until Sayed called us when he returned from vacation! More
I have been with this dealership for 7 years. I have never had a bad experience. the facility is always clean. the staff is friendly. The work has always been completed correctly. Car was in the service department for almost 4 weeks. No service loaner was provided which resulted in me having to spend $1500 on a rental car. I went in for an oil change and now need a car wash. My vehicle had fingerprints all over it. They don’t respect other people’s property. The service advisor was useless. Forgot to check on my tags. He was nice but not very helpful when it came to service writing. He must be new. He had a get a senior advisor just to come over and say a few words.
