This has been the worst customer service in the service department that I have ever dealt with in over 6years after being a loyal customer and now I feel from Management all the way down to technicians tru department that I have ever dealt with in over 6years after being a loyal customer and now I feel from Management all the way down to technicians truly have no confidence in service or quality of work. I have been dealing with the same issue for over a month and just this month alone have spent nearly $8,000 and still have the same issues. The lack of communication and there is no urgency in getting your vehicle back to you in a reasonable time. Then call you tell you that the vehicle is ready and go pick up the vehicle and it want start or experience the same issues that it was brought in for.
