my experience was awful. I am a new owner that purchesd the mantince package. The service department hours are not convient at all. I hade to take off work beause its not ope I am a new owner that purchesd the mantince package. The service department hours are not convient at all. I hade to take off work beause its not open any time that I am not working. (really no saturday appointments?) So for the next 3 years im stuck taking off work to get my car serviced..... Not happy. My apoinment was for 8 am I showed up at 7:45 got all checked in everything was great! 30 minutes later the attendant comes in and informs me my Battery doesn't pass. Im not happy that the the battery is failing and the car literally is a few month old. Of course its under warenty but makes me doubt the whole car and the quality of it if the battery is already failing wats next. I ask how long it will take because im already eating into my work day. the response is 20-25 minutes I say great lets get it taken care of. 25 minutes go by and my car is brought to the lot and im like great! and addition 30 minutes gos buy so I use the text service no one answers send a second text nothing. I go to find my attendent and question if my car is ready she responds with an attitude and says im not sure I'll check and let you know. we are now at 40 minute its ben setting in the parking lot. 10 minutes later she comes out side and says it ready let me go get it. I watch her go get from were its be parked for 45 minutes. Makes me never want to go back even though I have payed for the service.... Every ones time is very valuable not sure why mine was so rudely disregarded. More
