I always performed my service at Don Davis as I bought the vehicle from Don Davis. This time I was not satisfied with the service performed. For two reasons: 1. eventhough I had an appointment, I had t the vehicle from Don Davis. This time I was not satisfied with the service performed. For two reasons: 1. eventhough I had an appointment, I had to wait 5 hours 2. I opened the hood when I got home and found the engine surrounding to be dusty as if no one performed the work or cleaned after the tune up perfomed. Makes me wonder if the work was done. 3. There was no tech name listed on my invoice and I have no idea who performed the tuneup on my vehicle?? I have no issues with the serice adviser as she was courteous throughout my experience. More

3 hours for an oil change. They had to replace the oil pan because the last technician (also from Don Davis) damaged it on my previous visit.
