My car was at this dealership for over 2 weeks before I received a call that it was ready. I picked up my car and it was still having issues. I have been coming to Don Davis for over 20yrs to service my vehicel. We came to get two rims put on and an alignment, the service advisors are usually ver aware when we are waiting and will keep checking on my vehicel. He also was very unprofessional once we were frustrated that we had already waited for 4hrs and he still was showing no sense of urgency to get us out. Also, when we are quoted a price on the phone it is usually honored. We were told $15 a tire and we ended up paying $179 and that is after we had $50 of services that are still unknown to me taken off. More
