If I could give it zero stars, I would. I took my car in to get an issue diagnosed and they held my car for an entire week without even touching it. When I called for an update, they never gave me one. They would transfer my calls half a dozen times just to end up with the same nonanswer. And my "service advisor" eventually just started straight up ignoring my calls about MY car. I had to uber up there just to get it back. I would literally go to any other Nissan in the DFW metroplex over there. I don't even care how far I'd have to drive. More
