I had them perform an oil change and tire rotation that was paid for. they did not do a tire roation but yet still charged me for it. I called them out on it and they did offer to take the vehicle back and was paid for. they did not do a tire roation but yet still charged me for it. I was scheduled at the same time service had a meeting. Which they should not have done. I waited 20 minutes to check in my car after I watched other people who arrived after me get checked in.
