I was scheduled at the same time service had a meeting. Which they should not have done. I waited 20 minutes to check in my car after I watched other people who arrived after me get checked in. Then my car didn't get started until 11:30 from my 11am appointment. Then my car wasn't done until about 1pm. It was just an oil change and a new cabin filter. Should not have taken that long with an appointment. More

I needed air in one of my right tires and Casandra asked the mechanic about it because it was flashing on the dashboard. Well the mechanic said there must have been a faulty tire or a slow leak was his exa the mechanic about it because it was flashing on the dashboard. It's a newer tire and when I put air in the tire I have not had any issues with the tire or any slow leak. More
