I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited over 2.5 hours before being told my tires were low and they recommended replacement. They hadn't even rotated them. Miridiam was polite and courteous, plus she did come out once during the wait to apologize for it taking so long. I'm also in the market for a new vehicle and thought I'd do double duty shopping while my car was being serviced.
