I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent service experience I had at your Nissan service repair center. The purpose of this letter is to formally lodge a complain frustration with the recent service experience I had at your Nissan service repair center. The purpose of this letter is to formally lodge a complaint against Don David Nissan regarding the AC service performed on my vehicle. On March 10, 2023, I brought my vehicle to your service center for AC repairs, for which I was charged a substantial amount of $1700. However, to my dismay, the AC issue resurfaced in May, and I was once again forced to seek your assistance. On May 16th, I was charged an additional $1280 for what I believed to be a repair covered under the initial service. To my disbelief, I received another notification from your service center on June 10th, demanding an astonishing $4500 for the exact same AC problem that was supposedly fixed previously. This excessive and unexpected cost has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of service provided by Don David Nissan. I have made multiple attempts to contact both the service representative and the general manager, expressing my concerns and seeking a resolution to this matter. However, I have been met with indifference and disregard for my valid concerns. Their response suggesting that I either pay for the repairs again or take my vehicle elsewhere for servicing is completely unacceptable. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter, including a review of the invoices and service records pertaining to my vehicle. I strongly believe that I am entitled to a fair and reasonable resolution, which may include a refund for the duplicate charges or a free-of-cost resolution to the ongoing AC problem.
