I’ve tried dropping my vehicle off twice, with each time being told they are backed up. This last time I needed and oil change/tire rotation and the BT mic replaced as it stopped working. I was told it wo being told they are backed up. This last time I needed and oil change/tire rotation and the BT mic replaced as it stopped working. I was told it would be more than a week and could never even get an estimate or ETA. Found another dealership that could get me in with not issue so just had the oil change and added a front end alignment. There was no engine work to be done on my vehicle, just a mic replacement. More than a week is ridiculous. I was informed that it’s “first come first serve”. The. What is the point of an appointment? More
