I was not informed that my vehicle was ready. I had to go-to the other side and inquire about my vehicle that was parked out front. Was told someone would call me when the paperwork was completed I had to go-to the other side and inquire about my vehicle that was parked out front. very inconvenient for the owner if something wrong with the vehicle and still under warranty for not having a loner car since it is needed for work and it is the responsibility of the dealership to fix the the vehicle and still under warranty for not having a loner car since it is needed for work and it is the responsibility of the dealership to fix the car even so other car dealership are providing such benefits for the satisfaction of the customer. Nissan is poor on this area and they just don’t care. This will be my first and last car from Nissan. And I will never recommend this dealership to my friends and relatives. More
