This was my first visit to a Nissan dealership since I just purchased a used 2022 Nissan Armada SL last month. No one I worked with at Don Davis did anything wrong. But everyone I encountered was casual about their job. The person who met me for intake was polite but must have been new because he didn't know basic information about the service department. When I asked to speak to someone with knowledge of my vehicle, he said he'd get his manager. A person who identified himself only as Mik answered some questions I had. When I was given the report on the overall inspection, pages of someone else's paperwork was stapled to mine. I probably will not be returning to this dealership. More
