Overall service was great! This was my first time at this location and I will be back. However, whoever this location has answering the phones is unprofessional. I was told tha This was my first time at this location and I will be back. However, whoever this location has answering the phones is unprofessional. I was told that if I decided to bring my car in without an appointment it would not even be looked at until Monday. All I need initially was a diagnostic. When I arrived a service manager greeted me and assisted with my diagnostic and repair. The location was not even that busy for a weekend from what I could tell. Had I listened to the unprofessional lady on the phone the company would have lost money and my vehicle would have been repaired elsewhere. I’ll go back but I won’t call until the young lady answering the phones receives more training. More
