I bought brand new Rouge 23 on 10/10/22 paid cash. My Rogue had issue on back up camera (Screen turned black once in a while for 2-3 second) and I got a diognosis appointment on 12/6/22. I went to Don Davis Nissan service, Arlington and checked in my Rogue with Mik Lane. He told me that my car may stay in the service 2-3 days. My husband came there too to give me ride back home becuse Don Davis dont provide to their customer shuttle, loaners or rental for inconvinience. I discussed with Mik Lane and other customer reps there that I need a car to go to work. They all told me that they cant provide to me loaners or any cusromer pick up or drop off. I was pissed. When you buy a brand new car you expect good customer care. I called Nissan Customer affairs regarding this issue and they told me that they will research the case and return back to me in 3 business days!! Next morning I called back Nissan customer affairs again and the representetive told me that every dealer tech service has different rules and they dont have control on them. It's depends on dealers discretion to provide loaners or rental reinbursment. After a while called Mik and asked him about my car and he told me that he was about to call me. He said your car is ready you can come and pick it up. I told him I need to talk to his manager. He said he will paige his manager to call me back shortly. Nobody called me back. I went there that evening to pick up my car. Don Davis dealer and Nissan LOST MY BUSINESS. I was planning to buy new Sentra from them for my daughter no way I am buying Nissan cars anymore. More
