I had an appointment for an oil change at 1600. I showed up early at 1545. I checked in and was told there will be a little bit of a delay as they are back up. I said no problem thinking it would be 45minutes MAYBE an hour since I was only there for an OIL CHANGE. I waited for 2 HOURS before I decided to just leave. When I went to get my keys and car there was no apology or anything. I was told was “I said there was a delay”. Customer service was atrocious. I will never come back to this Nissan ever again. I also just want to reiterate that I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. I didn’t just show up expecting to get an oil change in 30 minutes. More

For the second time when I've had work done on my front end both times something has not been tightened to spec causing other problems and replacement of other parts to fix very disappointed. Made an appointment to get recalls fixed and get an oil change. They said they had no loaners to give out and couldnt guarantee when they would have the car done. Dropped it off at a little after 3:00 on a change. They said they had no loaners to give out and couldnt guarantee when they would have the car done. Dropped it off at a little after 3:00 on a Tuesday they locked the car at like 4: 30 that afternoon and I kept checking on my Nissan connect app the car was never unlocked and it never moved finally at 3:30 the next day I went to go pick it up because I couldn't go forever without a car so I went back to pick it up they hadn't even done the oil change and they had the car for at least 24 hours. They didn't apologize More
