Appointment was at 0700 got checked in around 0730 and was almost skipped. After I saw my veh being pulled around front around 1000 wasn't able to pay or get keys due to paperwork not being ready didn't l was almost skipped. I took my car in for an oil change. Good job of informing of a potential problem but resolution was absurd. 2018 vehicle had 57k miles and they advised a new engine.
