I made an appointment for 5,000 mile maintenance. They explained it may take 2 hrs. The service advisor updated me and told me it would only take 45 mins. She explained everything. Spoke with the service director about it and he hasn’t returned my calls since our initial conversation when he told me to come in requested service. I dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday, 8/31 because the passenger brake light wasn't illuminating as observed by many. My Nissan Rogue was accepted by another service manager, but I was advised I would hea passenger brake light wasn't illuminating as observed by many. After no communication, I called the Service Dept. on Friday morning and spoke to someone else because Chris was off that day and he advised there was nothing wrong with my brake light; it was working just fine based on notes from the mechanic, I'm sure something minor was done to fix the brake light to avoid the $900 part replacement, but I would have appreciated some sort of acknowledgement instead of pretending nothing was wrong with it. I won't be taking any of my 3 Nissan vehicles to Don Davis for service. I'd rather drive further to take my chances with better customer service than go back to such sub-standard service. I also left a message for Chris Vasquez and never got a call back. And the other Service Manager I spoke to knew how upset I was and no acknowledgement. No attempt by anyone to try and make it right. Had a regular service and about 30mins after leaving, my check engine light came on. I texted and called my service advisor and was told the car needed to be left for 4 days for diagnosis.
