Jackeline Trevino is being just wonderful, communicative and professional. Only complain is I took my car 2 weeks ago for oil change, was recommended fuel injection which I got after I left my car just stop and professional. I dropped off my car for a diagnosis. I was told my car would be ready by the next day, but my car wasn’t ready until three days later. In addition, I tried calling the employee who servi I was told my car would be ready by the next day, but my car wasn’t ready until three days later. In addition, I tried calling the employee who serviced my car on three separate occasions. I was simply going to ask him when I could come pick up my car. However, he never picked up the phone or called me back, and I had left him three separate voicemails. Finally, I just decided to come to the dealership almost two weeks after dropping off my car to request my keys. I’m frustrated that this took as long as it did, because having a car in Arlington, TX is a necessity. I probably won’t ever come back, but if I ever do, I’ll make sure to avoid Mr. Chris Vasquez.
