Well I had an appointment for 11am and the check in was fasted that’s not the problem. The problem was I set there for over an hour and no one came to talk to me about what was going go on with my car. So fasted that’s not the problem. So I go to the desk to see have much longer it will be because I had a other appointment at 12:30. The lady at the desk lie to me and said oh they are still working on it witch I knew that was a lie because I was setting by the window the whole time and I could see my car on the back line. I told her that was not true because I see they haven’t started it, at that point she called someone. Then I had to go to the said office where your service associates was and he told me that as soon a t one of his technicians was able that they would get to my car. At this point it’s 12:15 pm. No one got to car until 1:15 that’s 2 hours now. What’s the point to have an appointment if you still have to wait?? This is not right what took a 30 minute job cost me 3 hours. And then when my car was done I had to ask for my paperwork and still no one told me about my car even if it is a 2020 you should still go over what the tech did! More
Went in for one thing and they found something that could be a major problem down the line. Got the repair done with good advice from service advisor. Great customer service in the service department. Did not try to overcharge me for things I didn’t need or upsell. Took care of what I came in for.
