Terrible service at first, I called to make an appointment and got there and they had no record of it. Ended up waiting 2 hours to even get serviced. The tech who helped me was great though. 1st I scheduled an oil change and rotation I was told 1st I scheduled an oil change and rotation I was told itwould be a 5 hour wait. I do not have time to stand around and wait for 5 hours. They agreed to more like 2 hours when I told them nevermind. When they finally finished the oil change and rotation I got in the Armada and drove off there was a loud clunking and wobble in the steering wheel. I turned around and went right back. When I parked I noticed all the lug nuts loose on the left front wheel. They took it back to check the wheel and re torque the lug nuts. Abit later I get the Armada back and was told there is no damage to the wheel. I get gone and pull wheel off I find a very damaged wheel around the area that it centers up on the hub. They agreed to replace the wheel. Now during this visit I mentioned that there is a rattle/squeaking sound in the front end. Service guy said need to schedule another day for that which I was fine with So now the next fiasco. 2nd They need to get a better way to schedule customers instead of writing customer name and information on a yellow sticky note. I was told that I will be called 2 weeks after Halloween never happened. I call and rescheduled for a week after Thanksgiving never happened. I called again and had to drop the Armada off for them to find the rattle/squeaking sound. After 2 plus months they have finally got it done. What an ordeal. To compare this service from Nissan to Ford and Chevrolet as these are the 3 manufacturers I have purchased new vehicles from Nissan is sub-par. More
Service department does not value customers time. bsolutely, positively the worst customer service I have ever seen. Serviced our jeep on a maintenance plan and noted the brake fluid needed to be changed. Let them do the work and 70 miles later I almost T-Boned another vehicle on the way to work at a red light this morning, this was due to brake fluid squirting out on the passenger side front wheel. Someone failed to complete the service correctly and supposedly left the cap loose allowing air to enter the brake system. They sent a wrecker to pick it up, but told me that I was on my own for a ride back home to Arlington from Dallas. Asked me if I could take off work? This was their fault. I drop my wife off every morning so that is not possible without a vehicle. Cost me $50 dollars for an uber ride, again because of their mistake. This will be the last time they touch my vehicle or make a sale to me. More
