I had a bad experience with my first oil change in my car a 2021 Nissan Sentra the person who did my oil change left the oil top to the engine off and my car was pouring oil and I could smell fumes inside th a 2021 Nissan Sentra the person who did my oil change left the oil top to the engine off and my car was pouring oil and I could smell fumes inside the car. I lift up the hood and saw they never put my oil cap back on .. and now my car doesn’t ride right. And they never topped off my fluids smh More

While the service department representative are very nice and helpful, they are so xxxx slow! I had an appointment and after I waited 2hrs I was then told that it will be a 4 hour wait. What is the point of setting appointments if I am going to have to wait these crazy times. I rescheduled for another day and the SAME thing happened I was told they are behind and there will be a long wait. If they are running behind I don't understand why I can get a call ahead of my appointment to let me know. They call me to sale me things, they call me to make more money off of me, then they can call me so that I don't waste a WHOLE DAY for nothing. More
