I waited 2 and half hours for an appt and still wasnt seen before I had to leave to pick up my children. Noone checked in with me or told me what the expected time would be. Couldn’t give the highest rating because of the long wait time. Advisor was very helpful and nice to work with. The job was well done by the tech. I had a 9:00 am appointment and didn’t get out until after 12:00 noon. However, I have come to accept that with the shortage of help, since the COVID, I am not surprised. Thank you. More
