Couldn’t give the highest rating because of the long wait time. Advisor was very helpful and nice to work with. The job was well done by the tech. I had a 9:00 am appointment and didn’t get out until after 12:00 noon. However, I have come to accept that with the shortage of help, since the COVID, I am not surprised. Thank you. More

I’m not satisfied due to the fact my vehicle is still not fixed. I bought it in for something the warranty covered but of course the service department found something else wrong I paid for the extra repairs fixed. I bought it in for something the warranty covered but of course the service department found something else wrong I paid for the extra repairs and the deductible to still be told we have an open ticket and it could take 3days- 2months to fix your vehicle also my inspection is due and I cannot get it inspected until the issue is fixed. It’s amazing how you can fix the repairs that don’t have a warranty so I can pay out my pocket but the repairs the warranty covers I have to wait!!! More

D Davis Falsified my car issues. Left dealership and went to discount tire. Tire did not need to be replaced. Nail was in sidewall, nail was removed. Then went to to Kwik Kar to look up my records and cabin to discount tire. Tire did not need to be replaced. Nail was in sidewall, nail was removed.
