This was a horrible experience, this was my first time coming into a dealership to get an oil change. I am 5 months pregnant and waited up there for my car for 3 hrs and 20 mins. I asked an associate if coming into a dealership to get an oil change. I am 5 months pregnant and waited up there for my car for 3 hrs and 20 mins. I asked an associate if there were any snacks available, they expressed to me no. 30 mins prior to my car being finished someone put snacks out. Then when my car was complete they came out and got me, I work from home so I had my work computer and other things and received no help, they pulled my car up and I had so much In my hands that my paper work flew away. I think run to retrieve it as it’s blowing away and end up falling at 5 months pregnant, mind you all of this happened in front of my car, idk if the person helping me didn’t see the whole thing play out but I dropped everything and had the time to pick everything up and no one came to help, it was just overall horrible.I will never return. More
